Question : Hello Doctor, My penis skin does not go back and I am looking to get it circumcised. Can you let me the types of circumcision or is their natural way to fix it.

Surgical treatment is required. Medical treatment is only to control pain. It also depends on what is exact position of skin which can be folded manually [ physical examination is needed] .Surgery involve local anesthesia followed by manual procedure or simple surgical reduction .If not treated it can lead to complication that is blood will not flow and it can change to gangrene [rotten]so need to treat urgently [for paraphimosis].
