                                    Brief Answer:
Please upload the report
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Please upload the report so that I am better able to help.
From your description, triglycerides are raised and alongwith dietary changes (avoid calorie dense foods) and regular exercise, you might need medicine for 7 days to lower it.
Regarding other values, I need to see the report.

Dr Vaishalee

Hi again
Thanks for reverting with reports.
I have seen the reports. Mostly it can be considered as a normal report. The RBC count is a bit higher than normal and MCV, MHC, MCHC are bit lower than normal. Serum iron studies are within normal range. So it does not seem to be iron deficiency anemia. Is there any history of thalassemia in your family? You may get a hemoglobin electrophoresis done to rule out thalassemia.
Regarding exercises, it should be atleast half an hour of daily exercise. It could be any sports activity that you like maybe cycling, running etc. Or it could be yoga e.g XXXXXXX namaskar around 20-30 rounds. Body stretches are an essential part of any exercise schedule. So an exercise protocol could be warm up exercises, stretches, yoga/cycling/running, cool down exercises. Do within your capacity and enjoy it.
