Question: Can you please help in reading the report and share for any deficiencies, precuations and medicine.

I have seen the report and it is a normal report. Some parameters are outside normal range, but donot require any medicines. Does she have any diabetes or taking medicines previously?

She can just occasionally check her fasting blood sugar levels and take less of sugary foods like juice or sweets

Otherwise nothing much needed for now
