Can You Please Help Me Fungal Infection, Psoriasis?
Question: Hi! I am seeing a red patch on the head of my penis and it has been there since almost two weeks now. I have been researching about it and it looks like a fungal infection, psoriasis to be more precise but I’m not sure. I tried a topical cream but the condition doesn’t seem to be improving and I’m a bit worried about that. Can you please help me with that?

Hello! Thanks for the initial diagnosis.
1. There is no itching or burning sensation on these legions, it just smells sometimes when I pull my foreskin back for washing the area. Besides that there is really nothing as of now. The lesions seems to go white as if they’re repairing themselves but at the same time it isn’t going away.
2. No, I do not have any such disease nor have a history of any such disease as diabetes.
3. This is the very first episode that I’m experiencing.
4. Yes, I did have a sexual contact about a month to month and a half ago, but did not have any intercourse. But I did wear a condom at that time.
Please let me know if you need any more information!
