I have gone through the reports in detail.
Well as per the sonography and CT scan reports is looks like a cancer with an advanced stage. How ever 100 % confirmation can be ascertained by biopsy from the lesion in the liver / gall bladder wall.
This biopsy should ascertain the etiology of the gall bladder thickening / liver lesions.
