Brief Answer:
Inflammation could be seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
In the picture attached by you two areas could be appreciated first is light pink area(normal mucosa layer of cells) and second one is dard red area(Sign of inflammation).
When inflamation occurs blood flow to a particular area increases as a result of secretion of inflammatory chemicals like Histamines.
Inflamed area is therefore reflected as red in color.
However you need to understand that these 3 shots are just among thousands of shots seen by your Gastroenterologist while doing Endoscopy(live high definition video could be seen).
So as per my opinion it could be Gastritis(Inflammation of mucosal layer).
Usually a small sample is taken out and is given for Biopsy to rule out if a Bacteria called H.pylori is responsible.
However final report depends on your Gastro who have done Endoscopy.

Hope I was helpful,
Thank you.
