Question : Hello, I received my annual health checkup report. There are few abnormal parameters. Kindly check and give me some suggestions.

Hello there,
I understand your concern.
After going through your medical reports, I would like to tell you that your HbA1c levels aren’t in the pre-diabetes state. You better start with healthy lifestyle modification and increase your physical activity levels with daily exercise and healthy eating. This will help prevent you from entering in the diabetic state.
Also, Your cholesterol levels are deranged. Now, these are only slightly deranged but along with deranged HbA1c these become significant so again healthy diet and exercise are important. Vitamin D3, B12 level is also deficient. Vitamin D3 and multivitamin supplementation treatment is required.
And IgE levels are high which could be because of some allergy or some recent viral infection.
The rest of the report is alright.
For your mother:
Her sugars levels are very high and she needs to consult a diabetologist or endocrinologist for drug modification and she may require insulin therapy as well.
