My question is that thing the arrows are pointing at (black circle lump like thing)?

The images "1 Cervical red arrow", and "2 Cervical red arrow" are showing arrows pointing to the left internal jugular vein area lateral to the cervical vertebrae. The lump is likely due to the prominent left internal jugular vein.
