Brief Answer:
Seen the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Thanks for reverting with the reports.

I have seen the reports and the main issue is liver problem and some issue in ECG.

For the liver issue, best method is to find the cause. Does XXXXXXX drink alcohol or take any medicines or substances that can hurt liver? Cholesterol is within normal limits, so it does not seem to be a cause of fatty liver.
There could be some infection. Since most liver infections are temporary and self-limiting, it may recover. I will suggest him to repeat the liver function test from a different laboratory. If it continues to be deranged and alcohol or medicine is not at fault, then hepatitis panel will be needed

He should also drink cleaner water with TDS around or less than 20 ppm for atleast 3-4 weeks. He needs to avoid anything that can hurt the liver.

There is some issue in ECG as well and a cardiologist consultation can be done to rule out any heart issues.

Let me know if I can assist you further

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee

Thank you for your advice. Can you also suggest medications for Vitamin D?

Brief Answer:
I would avoid medicines and supplements until liver is recovered

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Currently his liver function does not allow a strong dose of any medicine or supplement. So best is to take steps to recover from liver dysfunction. I would avoid medicines and supplements until liver is recovered. He may continue Liv 52 in low doses.

Once the recovery is seen, he can take Arachitol nano solution once every 2-3 weeks.
