I see your mean glucose levels increased
Vitamin D3 levels are low
For which you can take supplements D rise 60k iu once a weeks for 8 weeks.
Lipid profile is deranged but that can be manged by increasing good omega 3 fatty acid rich food like fish and nuts
Do regular 45 min physical activity and reduce high carbohydrates intake
