Based on the reportof Urine Analysis that you posted the presence of 5-7 Lecocytes and 304 RBC suggest that you have Urinary Tract Infection and needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily for 5 days .
