Can You Please Make Sense Of My Results Or What My Next Steps Should Be?

Question: Can you please make sense of my results or what my next steps should be? My OBGYN suspected I had PCOS. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and they did not find cysts. They told me to stay on my birth control pill and wait until the end of my placebo week to take a hormonal blood test. Here are the results as of November 25, 2022: FSH: 2.3 mIU/mL LH: 0.2 L Testosterone, Free: 0.6 pg/mL Testosterone, TOTAL, MS: 21 ng/dL Prolactin: 15.6 ng/mL Hemoglobin A1c: 5.4 My thyroid has also been tested since 2017: 2017: 2.76 2019: 2.32 2020: 2.78 11/25/2022: 1.89

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the test results you received and most of them are in normal range except LH which is really low and it can be a reason for infertility.
This low LH may be because if a pituitary gland disorder, Kallmann syndrome anorexia and stress .
I would prefer to get these tests done again including estrogen and progesterone after the placebo week . This may lead to diagnosis.
There can also be pcos without cysts and ruled out by hormonal tests.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Hello dear thank you for asking again.
Based on the LH levels it doesn't seem like PCOS. I would prefer to redo the hormonal tests after pills.
