Brief Answer:
I am listing the abnormal parameters

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Here I am listing the abnormal parameters and my recommendation accordingly.

- LDL cholesteril is 126 and currently it is not worrisome.
- Potassium is 3.4. Are you taking any medicines? Kindly send me the list. Otherwise in the absence of medicines or any diseases, it can be ignored. Taking a few bananas should help normalise it.
- RBC and hematocrit can be ignored
- Vitamin D is on lower side and sitting in the sunlight for some time daily should help restore it. Vitain D supplements like osteocalcium D3 can be taken 3-4 times a week for 2 months.
- ESR is higher and could be due to some mild but long term infection. Are you having any symptoms?

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee

[sajif]: no, I am not taking any regular medication. Occasionally I take Montelukast+Levocetirizine/Fexofenadine (for allergic rhinitis).

[sajif]: no symptoms, at least that I notice.

Brief Answer:
High ESR could be due to allergies

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Thanks for reverting back with details.

High ESR could be due to alergies.

In your described details, I could not find any cause for low potassium, so I think it can be ignored.

For an occasional need for allergies, montelukast is not to be taken.

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
