I already review the attached report.
Some of the parameters are altered.
The triglycerides level is higher than normal range.
The Hba1C level is at the highest normal range.
The vit B13 and vit D level are lower than normal range.
I recommend to take a vitamin supplement.
I also recommend to follow a healthy diet. I suggest to avoid using too much sugar or fat in the diet. You should use more fruits and vegetables.

Dear Doctor,
I have a query regarding reducing HB1ac level.
Is it safe to use Stevia in tea/coffee instead of sugar?
and how many fruits per day I can eat as fruits may also trigger sugar level?
