I have seen the reports attached
There is deficiency of Vitamin B12 and vitamin d for which you will need supplements.
Also, you Liver function test is deranged. Bilirubin levels are on higher side.
I need to know some more details
1. Do you consume alcohol?
2. Did you have infection with Hepatitis B or any other viral fevers recently?
3. Are you on any medications ?

No, there is such infections recently! Had stomach issues for years around 1995 to 1997 ( was completely bed rested under doctor's supervision) due to stomach infection which had affected colon badly and the entire digestive system since than its been weak. Its ok now considering i am 73.

The pattern of hyoerbilirubinemia is Dublin syndrom is different, I do not think that is the reason for your bilirubin raise.
I recommend a strict bland non spicy and non fatty diet for 2 weeks and recheck the liver Function test.
