Can you please review the attached health report and let me know if there any serious concerns as such or any further tests are required?
I have been taking tablets for high BP for past 10 years or so.
I had a major stomach infection 30 years ago and was hospitalized for almost 2 years or so. It had affected my colon big time and my digestive system took a bad hit. Since then i have always led a very cautious and strict diet. Although my digestive issue remains but i have checked with my doctors in the past who have been okay with my condition considering my age of 73. Other than that, i have never had any health issue,
MRCP or CT scan Abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, seen the reports.
My views:
Since you had a major gastro problem 30 years ago for which you were hospitalized for 2 years it is a second life that you have got, of course lots of restrictions.
Recent reports show Raised Bilirubin, raised amylase - related to pancreas.
Borderline: LowB12 , raised TSH, Low sodium - with age, low RBS, borderline again, platelets 151,
I would advise you the following in such a situation - after discussing with your treating Doctors.
MRCP that is MRI for liver, gallbladder, pancreas.../ Or contrast enhanced CT scan of the whole abdomen. This will be of help to know the reasons for change in values.
Supplements as needed and advised by your Doctor.
I hope this answer helps you.
