Hello,

This might be a flu.
Give him the following drugs:

1. Sy Fepanil (Paracetamol 250/5): for 3 days, as needed for fever
2. Sy Laveta (Leveocetirizine 2.5/5): for 5 days
3. Sy Asthalin (Salbutamol 2/5): 5 days
4. Nasoclear nasal drops- to relieve any nasal block

If he is no getting better in 3- 4 days, we can evaluate further.
