Question : Dear sir/madam, I am suffering from lower back pain from last one week as I have drove car around 700 km on that day. can you please suggest some medication to get relief from that pain. Thank you

It can be a simple sprain.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
It is quite common after prolonged drive or sitting for long duration, and it happens due to muscle sprain and muscle fatigue.
You can take over the counter available analgesic-muscle relaxant combination like aceclo-MR for symptomatic relief. Bed rest for two days also be helpful.
Nothing much to worry and you will be fine in couple of days.

Hi,
Aceclo-MR is a combination drug and dose is not required as it is a fixed dose drug. You can take on a once or twice daily basis - once in morning and once in the night. It can cause muscle weakness, so advised to avoid driving or lifting weights etc.
