Question : Hello! Can you please take a look at these spots which I have in my leg and which I’ve circled? Do you think they may be inflamed hair follicles from
Shaving or something similar? I just noticed them and they are slightly raised and reddish and they do blanch when I press on them. Is there anything which I can use on them...I do have clindamycin phosphate on hand...?

It is inflamed hair follicle due to shaving as correctly mentioned by you.
clindamycin phosphate should help.
Apply it twice daily for a week.
