Question : Can you please tell me what the following mean?
1. Ischaemic heart disease with previous PCI to LAD with residual mid circumflex disease there was visually moderate to severe with a negative FFR
2. Moderate LV systolic dysfunction secondary to ischaemic cardiomyopathy
3. Mildly impaired right ventricular systolic dysfunction
I am worried about the above as I have no symptoms. Occasionally I get short of breath when walking but fine when I stop and I have leg swelling which is being controlled on Furosemide.
What can I do to help myself to stop things progressing?

                                    Brief Answer:
Dysfunction
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but the ventricular dysfunction you have indicates that you have a degree of heart failure. the shortness of breath and the leg swelling also says that. All what you can do is to keep on taking your prescription especially the frusemide and carvidolol tab. Try to take a walk daily for a 20 mins to increase your heart perfusion of blood. I hope you find this helpful. If you don’t have any other clarifications then please close the discussion..

Moderate
Detailed Answer:
hello sir, I consider this a moderate heart failure , in other words that you will suffer from some symptoms when you will do an extra effort than the usual day effort. I hope you find this helpful.
