Question : Hi Sir, Earlier my skin used to be fair without any dark spots. But now my skin shade has become bit darker with black spots at some places, it has developed pores as well that are easily visible. Can you please write me a good prescription that can help in improve the overall texture and get the fair and healthy skin again. Please note: Since last 1 month i have started taking vitamin C supplement 1000mg since I don't like to eat citrus fruits.

Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I would recommend you to apply a cream containing tyrostat ( advan cream) on the face twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a sunscreen gel ( lashield sunscreen) on the entire face during the day time.
Also take glutathione capsules 500 mg twice daily.
You need to take these for at least 8-10 weeks to see significant results.
Avoid avoid direct sun exposure and eat a balm diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
You can continue with vitamin C tablets

There are lots of variants in lashield. Which one should i prefer?
Also, there are lots of glutathione capsules i see online but Ethiglo tablet and those available on XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX hugely vary in the price. Are the one's available there not effective or is Ethiglo tablet best?
