Question : Can you provide your opinion of the attached 6 lead EKG? It's from a consumer device called AliveCor KardiaMobile 6L. I have been having periods of intermittent lightheartedness.y. My current blood pressure is 113/75 and heart rate is 70.

Hello

After going to the medical query raised by you and after evaluating the ECG report attached I would like to tell you that it's basically a 6 lead ECG and is not showing any significant variations or any significant changes.

However as you are experiencing symptoms of intermittent lightheadedness which could be occurring because of any underlying transient rhythm abnormality. So to detect that it's important to get 24 hour holter monitoring done.
