Question : Can you provide your opinion of the attached chest CT?
1. Investigations of reasons for intermittent lightheaded episodes have turned to my heart.
2. Prior to CT - an echo-cardiogram (also attached) - according to review on this forum - showed:
a. Left ventricular hypertrophy, hypokinesis and borderline systolic function.
b. Borderline enlargement of the right ventricle.
c. Diastolic flow emerging from the basal septum (whether coronary fistula or aortic regurgitation).
3. My last ECG (also attached) - according to review on this forum - showed a first degree atrio-ventricular block.
REQUEST: I have a followup appointment in a few weeks, but wanted to get an additional opinion on CT results.
Thanks for your help,

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
After going through the reports attached, I would like to tell you that your CT report is suggestive of similar findings that your echocardiogram report suggested ie slight dilatation of ascending aorta with no significant aortic regurgitations.
As this was a CT chest so no information has been provided regarding your coronary arteries.
Nothing specific needs to be done except for some basic medications as of now. Follow up echocardiogram is advisable at yearly intervals.
Fee free to ask if you have any other doubts.
Kind Regards
