I am stuttering at times while talking. My psychologist asked me to visit neuro and neuro suggested MRI.

Speech is related to frontal and temporal areas of brain. As your mri has also shown these bright areas in frontal lobes which can be a reason of your stuttering.
Now the cause of development of these unidentified bright objects in both frontal areas remain unknown to medical science in most case.
However possible causes for these bright objects can be stroke, autoimmune disorders, vit b12 deficiency.
Kindly discuss with a neurologist for further proceedings and treatment options.
