Thanks for the query.

Endoscopy is usually done under effects of anaesthesia. Smoking weed (marijuana) can add to the affects of anaesthesia.

Anaesthetic effects are completely cleared from the body system in 48-72 hours. It is not advisable to smoke week immediately after an endoscopy.
