There is no contraindication to sex with a prolapsed bladder . You should just be careful during the act not to damage any tissue if you have a high grade prolapse . If too much mucosa is hanging down you maybe uncomfortable . It all depends how comfortable you are since it's been a while for you . In grade 3 and above prolapse surgery is the treatment .
