Question : Around 10 days ago, on a rainy day I slipped on the staircase and landed on my hips. My weight is 85 kgs. Since then its painful. Though I am moving around normally, the pain continued.

Brief Answer:
Could be tail bone injury

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

From our description, it could be tail bone injury or may have caused injury to the hip bones. If it seems like a fracture than a visit to an orthopedic surgeon is needed for exact diagnosis. Meanwhile please sit on soft pillow and avoid prolonged sitting.
You can use the following medicines:
- To manage pain Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg twice a day as required
- Natural Calcium once a day for 5 days

Muscle injury and spasm might also be there. So specific exercises under guidance of physiotherapist will be needed. Do any activity within your comfort level.
It may take more than 3 weeks to heal depending on your duration of rest to the area and the extent of injury.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
