Question : Can you take kanthil whilst breastfeeding for a sore throat
Brief Answer:
Probably not.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
products like kanthil cannot be considered ordinary drugs as they contain many ingredients and most of them do not come with proper documentation regarding their actions. Their pharmacological behavior and their suitability for mothers who breastfeed their babies cannot be safely determined. Their efficacy in treating anything is in doubt. Therefore you'd better avoid them (including kanthil) as the potential benefit does not outweigh the potential risk.
Using some paracetamol instead sounds safer as paracetamol won't harm your baby.
I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!

Hi,
Unfortunately there are not enough data to answer this question. So the real answer is that simple, when it comes to the health of a baby safety comes first. This product may be completely safe but the thing is that nobody can tell for sure...
