Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is OK to take Viagra with a heart murmur, unless in case of serious heart conditions.
Considering the fact that Viagra causes vasodilation and may exacerbate any heart conditions associated to low blood pressure, it is better to avoid in case of severe structural heart disease resulting in the cardiac ultrasound (like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic stenosis, etc.).
For this reason, I would recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound to investigate the possible causes of the heart murmur, before planning to use Viagra.
If the above-mentioned disorders are excluded, it is OK to take Viagra despite the presence of heart murmur.
