Question : My dr gastro did an endoscopy and although my symptoms are mild like Gerd and mild Dyphasia I still worry about cancer. He told me I was clean he believed 100%.

Can you tell almost 100% from endoscopy as a specialist? Thanks

No amount of experience or expertise could predict any thing with 100% accuracy but yes going through the details written by the Gastroenterologist it seems that 99.9% your reports would be normal.
Secondly if possible attach the photos of endoscopy provided with report for a better professional advise.
