Can You Tell Me How To Understand This Kind Of Situation Systolic Blood Pressure Number Of Between 90 And 100?

Question: Hello. My 61 year old wife has always had a systolic blood pressure number of between 90 and 100 with the bottom number always normal in the 60s or 70s. Sometimes the top number goes down to 86 or 88. She doesn't think she's ever had symptoms because of this. Can you tell me how to understand this kind of situation, (which is very different than myself)? Thank you.
Brief Answer:
It is normal in some persons, low weight woman.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
The blood pressure of 90-100 / 60-70 is normal for some people if it doesn't cause symptoms of tiredness and fatigue.
It is more common in young woman and in low body weight woman.
If this is a blood pressure she has always had it is normal to her.
When it goes to 86-88 it may make her feel tired but she can have more water and fluids to feel better.
You have had different blood pressure values and can't compare it with her values.
You have also different genetics, are a man and possibly with greater body weight then her.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
