Can You Tell Me If Bloods Test Are Acceptable?

Question: I have received some blood tests I am trying to conceive. I had them taken and then my period came the day after. Can you tell me if these bloods are acceptable. FSH 3.0 u/L and LH 1.2 u/L and serum progesterone <1 these are the only bloods I have they were take cycle day 26 of a 27 day cycle. Thanks
Brief Answer:
It may be PCOS,follow the advice below
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The level of FSH and LH is normal.
The level of progesterone is lower than normal range.
Typically, day 21 to 26 serum progesterone concentrations of more than 10 ng/mL indicate normal ovulation.
Concentrations below 10 ng/mL suggest anovulation.
It may indicate PCOS.
You should do a pelvic ultrasound for further evaluation.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

What happens if it isn't pcos

If I ovulate on day 9 wouldn't progesterone on day 25 be this low?
Brief Answer:
Follow up
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Progesterone levels rise after ovulation and peak five to nine days after your luteal phase.
So progesterone level is usually checked six to eight days after you ovulate (about day 21 of a day 28 cycle).
Hope it helps,
Take care dear.

How can I increase my progesterone. I am currently losing weight I was 18st now down to 16 stone but still losing weight. Will this help? Also just cos I had low progesterone this time does it mean it's like that all the time or can can it differ between cycles? Will fertility vitamins like conceive plus help?

I don't understand as I have had regular cycles of 26 to 30 days up until 7 weeks ago when I have had a 14 day cycle, 11 day cycle and 20 day cycle. I did have a Kenalog Triamcinolone injection 40mg for hayfever prior to periods going all strange. I am thinking maybe this has had an impact

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
It is a steroid injection and it may have caused an irregular cycle.
A pelvic ultrasound is recommended to exclude other causes that cause an irregular cycle.
