Folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
Although the photograph is not very clear but it appears like folliculitis, a superficial bacterial infection.
Please apply ointment mupirocin twice daily for a week.
This will give you faster relief.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Use Neosporin
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
You can use neosporin, however it would better to avoid Oxy 10 as it is an irritant.
It's a common skin problem, there is nothing to worry about.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
