The CTPA shows lungs damage as mosaic attenuation areas possibly caused from a vascular disease. That's why doctor gave you blood thinners.
Also you are having left ventricle hypertrophy possibly due to hypertension .
Atherosclerosis of heart vessels is found.
Also degenerative changes of vertebrates which may be causing you back pain.
I think you may need to continue the medications given by your doctor stator, telma H, rivaroxaban and metformin .

3.Mosaic Attenuation
