Brief Answer:
Anxiety and spinal nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the pain in the neck, arm, back, and shoulders come from compression of cervical nerves by protruding disc. It is certainly seen in the image of the MRI you uploaded.

You can use analgesics like Naproxen and Corticosteroid therapy to reduce swelling.
Also, corticosteroid injections can be taken.
You may benefit from physical therapy additionally.

Anxiety seems to be there in your symptoms, but there are other pathologies also. Psychotherapy may help you.

Also, you may need to use Fluoxetine under the supervision of your doctor for some time.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank You Doctor, I am already going for physiotheraphy. The result of an mri i sent you was from last year nov 2017 i will go again on day after tommorow for the mri just to check what is the situation now.

Yes I am very anxious beacuse of the mental symptoms i am having recently, which are interferring with my daily work and basic routine..I did those test just to understand if there is any other underlying medical condition. Can anxiety accurs anytime in age...i have never felt this before
which is making me more anxious..

What do you mean by other pathologies?

Brief Answer:
Anxiety can occur at any age.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

I meant that except anxiety the other symptoms come from the cervical spine disease.

The anxiety can occur at any age and is favorised by the other conditions you have (the spinal pain).
It is good you don't have any underlying conditions.

Regards
