My mother's chest x XXXXXXX shows both the hila look bulky may be due to lymph node enlargement or vascular disfunction..all other findings are normal..she has no cold and cough..she has shortness of breath for one day....what dows it indicate?

Bulky hila might be suggestive of a minor lymph node enlargement due to allergic causes. This can happen in patients having a history of allergic disorders like asthma. This finding is not worrisome in the absence of any clinical signs and symptoms.
Such minor lymph node variations are not clinically significant.
