Question : My chest is really warm, i ate about four hours ago, but it feels like really warm and it is radiating heat.

Please relax a little, nothing to worry. You are fine.

The warm feeling is probably because of the body metabolism, increased blood supply to your stomach to help in the digestion of the food that you eat. Also, due to the secretion of the stomach acid.

Consider taking a bowl of yoghurt; drink plenty of cold water. You will be fine soon.
