Brief Answer:
rule out nephrosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The presence of protein 2 plus and casts suggest

1 possible nephrotic syndrome ( this will be associated with some clinical signs like oedema and puffiness of face).

2 nephritis.

3 Severe blood pressure, and associated urine microscopy findings.

Please consult the doctor and get her clinically examined.

Good luck

God bless
