Question : My 5 year old daughter had swollen tonsils with red veins on them. No sore throat. The lymph nodes in her neck are also swollen.
She had immunizations about a month ago

If the child has only enlarged tonsils without fever, sore throat, change of voice, fever, or any difficulty in swallowing, then do not worry.

It may be only physiological enlargement of the lymph tissues.

Anyhow, for confirmation that it is not tonsillitis, kindly get your pediatrician to examine your child.
