Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

A low temperature under 95 deg F or 35 deg C is termed hypothermia and can be a sign of sepsis or underlying serious illness.

You mentioned the temperature is 95.7 deg F. Though not technically hypothermia, it warrants a careful observation. You need to first make sure of the temperature reading. So monitor his temperature readings frequently ever hourly. Also look out for other signs like cold red skin, lethargy, irritability, fast breathing etc.
If he develops any such symptoms and if the temperature is that low, do take him to his pediatrician or an urgent care facility to rule out sepsis / any other serious complications like dehydration , meningitis, pneumonitis, etc .
Meanwhile try to keep him warm, well fed and well hydrated.

If the temperature is maintained above the present levels and he has no other signs, you may wait till a routine visit to his pediatrician.

Hope this answers your query. Should you have any other concerns; I will be available to address them. Please accept this answer if you do not have any further queries.

Regards
