Question : 2 year old has fever of 101 - 103 last 3 days, anterior cervical nodes palpable and tender to touch on left side, throat hurts and hurts when swallows, throat erythematous with 4+ exudates, slightly reddened tympanic membrane on periphery

Symptoms which you have mentioned points towards upper respiratory infection which could be viral or bacterial in nature.
I suggest you to get your child examined by pediatrician as symptoms are more towards bacterial infection for which a course of antibiotic is needed.
In the meantime give acetaminophen as per dosage(15mg/kg)every 6 hourly till fever is above 100F.
Give plenty of fluids and soft bland diet to maintain hydration and nutrition.
