Question : My daughter has a fever, an upset stomach and has vomited. She is also complaining of pins and needles in her feet.

Your daughter might be having an episode of Acute Gastroenteritis.
Stomach upset and vomiting may be due to gastritis.

This is mostly acquired by contaminated food and water.
The tingling of the feet is a sign of dehydration.

Consult a Pediatrician because dehydration in young children is XXXXXXX

Dehydration is because of vomiting.
Give oral food and fluid if she is able to tolerate.
