Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
usually it isnt indicating anything serious. Most commonly it indicates temporary intestinal absorbtion problems caused probably just by mild enterocolitis and it shouldnt last for more than 2-3 days. She should just be well hydrated and give her easier food in next 24-48 hours (tea, water, fruit, vegetables).avoid sweets.
If this last longer than I said, then it you should check her stool to verify infections(bacterial, parasite) and bile secretion function by checking liver enzymes and bilirubin.
If there is blood in stool, visible worms, or exscessive diarrhea, you should visit doctor as soon as possible.
Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
