Child Having Stomach Ache And Started Vomiting. Any Advice?

Question: my kid is 4.5 years old and has been complaining of stomach pain since evening. She has vomited twice now. Please advise

1. Which part of the stomach is paining - upper or lower?
2. Is she having painful urination?
3. Is she having altered bowel habits - diarrhea or constipation?
4. Is she having fever?
5. Vomiting?

1. lower part of the stomach is paining for her
2. No. she is not having painful urination
3. No diarrhea as of now
4. No Fever.
5. Yes, she has vomitted 2 times from evening 6 pm.

Hi,
Though she is not having painful urination, the most common cause of lower abdominal pain in a girl child is urinalysis may be done for evaluation.
Other possible causes are mesentric lymphadenitis ( enlarged lymph nodes inside the tummy) and appenditicitis. An ultrasound scan would be helpful in these cases.
If the pain persists, get these tests done.
