Child Hit By Bottle On Head. Should I Be Worried?

Question : I have a 9day old baby and was about to feed him a bottle last night while he was in.my arms. i shook the 4oz bottle to mix the powder and it slipped out of my hand and hit baby on head. I cant tell if it skimmed or hit straight on as it was dark. But i did hear a thump. He let out a little cry but stopped.
I cannot see any marks and he seems fine. Should i be worried? I feel awful.
