Question : my two year old son has dark watery grey diarrhea blow outs... also he has been vomiting and not eating this has been going on for three days and drinks very little he also has had fevers that come and go

You son is suffering from bacterial gastroenteritis which is also causing fever along with vomiting and diarrhea. during gastroenteritis you have to take care of the dehydration. give plenty of fluids preferably ORS or pedialite solution.

It is recommended to visit pediatrician as he needs antibiotic for elimination of infection and stool complete analysis for identifying th causative organism
