Question : Hi Doctor,
My son is 3.5 years old. He is vomiting from last night, though only a limited quantity. It seems a gas problem. Can I give neo peptine?

You can give Neopeptine, it would help in gas and digestion problems.
Observe the child for dehydration.
Ensure that she gets her feeds and gets an approximate amount of water replacement that she is losing in the vomiting
