                                            Question : Tried to feed my son will smashed rice, dal & some time ragi. He is spitting it out or not eating it. Can you please suggest what should I feed my son other than rice and ragi.

Thanks for asking this question.
Your baby has not liked the taste of the preparation hence there is repulsion for rice and ragi. you may prepare porridge type of food which is easily digested and liked by most of the kids.Mostly rice cooked nicely with dal and little added butter made 'khichrari" is well tolerated by kids moreover kheer,sujee XXXXXXX and sagoodana kheer is also good alternatives.Beside this vegetable soups or dal soups are also good for kids. You may try messed potatoes or banana.Take care of cold by anti cold medicines.
