Question : Hi, my daughter is 13 years old and i have a question. She pushed really hard on her lower abdomen on her belly button, she felt a bubble popped after she did it. Is it at all possible that she moved or ruptured an organ?

The force applied by her the way you have described suggests that there is no injuries which you are fearing but it also suggests that the child is quite impulsive.
She can harm herself or others some other day.
Just watch for her blood pressure, if she vomits or complains any abdominal pain.
If nothing then it is practically ruled out that she has any injury.
You need to get her treatment revised by a psychiatrist to keep a check on her mood outbursts.
