Stretching her eyes and staring sideways could be a behavioural tic or may be associated with disorders of eye movement like nystagmus, diplopia, etc.

As I believe that more information can help a physician help a patient better, please answer the following questions:
1. How long has she been having this symptom?
2. Is the problem associated with anxiety or tension?
3. Does she have the problem while playing or watching TV?
4. Is she using corrective spectacles?
5. Does she complain of any difficulty in vision?
6. Does she stop responding when she starts staring sideways?

Iv'e noticed it about a 5 day to 10 ago
no stress or anxiety
mostly when she watches tv and playing but not only
she is responsive but some what disturbed and restless
no vision complains
she is busy doing that movement with her eyes for a short second
she'll be looking away from what she is doing at the moment

From your description it seems to be a behavioural tic. Consulting an ophthalmologist for any extraocular muscle weakness will help in ruling out any organic pathology.
